This collective has been around since June 2006 and has changed locations many times. First I had it at a subdomain on my personal site, then on two other domains before I registered colourful-night.org on January 12, 2008. I really love this domain and intend to stay here for a long time. Previous domains were fan.stormy-sea.org, future-memories.net and skyness.org.

The name colourful-night popped up some night in my head just like this, which is really rare, because my other domains were mostly words from songs. But I thought about how beautiful the night would be with a rainbow (how random ist that? lol) and there the name was. I loved it and registered a gmail adress with it. I already had a domain at this time and no money to afford another. I held one season of fanlisting awards at a subdomain under the name colourful night awards. I forgot about this name when I registered new domains, but then I thought about it again and how brilliant it would fit my new domain and there it is :) Beautiful and pretty!
